My Christmas aesthetic is mismatched pillows, toys all over the place, curtains that somehow manage to still get pulled partially open in the evening (🤦🏿‍♀️) and people putting their funky feet up on my tables like they ain’t got no home training (🤦🏿‍♀️🤦🏿‍♀️).

We FINALLY got Disney+ (I didn’t need the distraction during the quarter). There are only three things I care about watching on here and this is one of them.

Y’all, the guy who wrote the song responded. I don’t even know what to say.

Channeling Rocky 3 this morning. This song is ministering to me. If o thought I could get any work done, I would watch the movie.

This is my oldest (5). She was on a train to Chicago (the pillows were her train), and now she’s “going to her morning meeting” with her My Little Pony tote (that has an Advent coloring sheet and a calculator that is doubling as a cellphone) firmly in hand. . It’s so fun to watch her pretend. In her world, she is the owner of a restaurant, a smart business woman with places to go, the principal ballerina, the head chef, and the teacher.
